MedReview Introduces HireSmart
In response to requests from clients, MedReview has developed a web platform for employer background screening that affords employers some of the same efficiencies they have been enjoying with our drug testing managment programs.
Medical Marijuana Ruling
There has been a federal ruling regarding medical marijuana.

Marijuana is still a scheduled narcotic and as such is not legal for any reason in a federally regulated workplace.

Non-DOT employers have every right to ban, by policy, any use of marijuana by employees even if they have a "legally issued prescription".

DEA has taken action against some Physicians who are prescribing medical marijuana.
